Congratulations on your purchase! You've purchased your wig to your satisfaction, and now you're wondering how it will be shipped to you - and if you'll have to pay the shipping costs out of pocket. Here's a quick overview of our shipping policy so you know exactly what to expect.
Shipping information :
Our team prepares and dispatches all orders within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays), and you will usually receive your order within 7 to 11 working days of dispatch.HAIRWANNA offers our services worldwide. In the USA, we generally work with USPS for final delivery.
For each order placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, followed by a second e-mail containing your shipping confirmation, which will include your order tracking number.
Order preparation may take up to 3 working days during busy periods.
We accept orders from other countries , orders of $35 or more will be shipped free of charge. HAIRWANNA declines all responsibility for delays due to errors in third-party deliveries.
Return policy for online purchases:
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return your items to Chez HAIRWANNA for a refund. Items must be returned within 15 days of purchase. Shipping is at your expense. Chez HAIRWANNA is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend that you use insured shipping with a tracking number. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on an item if it is not in new condition or if it is not packaged in its original box. We will notify you via email once we have received and processed your refund. Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund. We strongly advise you to contact us prior to the return.
Shipment of unavailable products:
We pride ourselves on our high rate of on-time delivery. However, we may occasionally be out of stock on certain items. If an item is not available, we will give you an estimated delivery date. You will be able to place your order and we will deliver on the promised date. If several items are ordered at the same time, we will automatically group them together. Their delivery date will be that of the item with the furthest availability date. If you wish certain items to be delivered immediately, we recommend that you carry out two separate transactions. Available items will be delivered immediately. Any items that are out of stock will be delivered at a later date.
