4. What should I be aware of when using hot tools?
When using the heat tool, please note the following: Set the temperature of the heat tool within the appropriate range, taking care not to exceed the maximum temperature recommended for heat-resistant fiber wigs (below 160°). Ensure that the heat-resistant fiber wig is dry before use to avoid damaging the fibers or deforming them. When using the heat tool, place it gently on the heat-resistant fiber wig and avoid leaving it in one place for too long to avoid damage caused by excessive concentration of heat.
5. How do I keep my wig soft and shiny?
Avoid washing your wig too often as this can damage the wig fibers. Use care products specifically designed for wigs, such as hairspray or hair oil, to keep your wig soft and shiny.
6. How do I clean my wig?
Before washing, gently comb the wig to remove knots and tangles. Use lukewarm water and wig-specific shampoo. After washing, rinse thoroughly with water to remove shampoo residue. Gently pat the wig dry with an absorbent towel, then place it in a ventilated area to air dry.
7. What size of the wig caps?
Our wig caps feature a comb, elastic band or adjustable straps on the inside, and fit head sizes from 21 to 23 inches.
8. How do I measure the circumference of my head?
To measure the circumference of your head, use a tape measure or measuring tape wrapped around the widest part of your head, i.e., the middle of the forehead, above the ears and at the lowest point of the neck. Make sure the tape measure is not too tight or too loose to get an accurate measurement.
9. What can I do if my wig knots or tangles?
Use a wide-toothed comb or a comb designed for wigs. If the hair is very tangled, gently ruffle it with your fingers or use a wig-specific smoothing agent.

Now, We just offer wig styles and colors that are pre-determined , do not offer customization. However, we regularly update our product inventory to provide more options.

5. How much is the shipping cost? How long does delivery take?

Once the order is confirmed, it will be processed and shipped within 48 hours. You will usually receive your package within 7 to 11 business days after shipment.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible within 24 hours of placing your order. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will assist you in canceling the order and obtaining a refund. Please note that orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
3. Can I return an unused wig?
In accordance with our Returns Policy, you may return an unused, unaltered or damaged heat resistant fiber wig. If you wish to return an unused high-resistance fiber wig, please contact us within 14 business days of receiving the product and follow our return instructions.
4. Can I return if I don't like it? Can I get a full refund?
If you do not wish to keep your order, place the wrong order or wish to replace it with a longer length, you will be charged a restocking fee and the refund will be reduced by $15.
5. Can I get a return label if I apply to return the product?
We do not provide return labels. Please contact us via email for the information needed to return your item.
6. How long i will get a refund after a return?
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your return. We will also notify you if the refund has been approved or denied. If the refund is approved, we will process the refund and automatically refund it to your credit card or original method of payment within the specified time frame.
