Return & Exchange Policy

Delivery information:

Our team prepares and dispatches all orders within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays), and you will usually receive your order within 7 to 11 working days of dispatch.HAIRWANNA offers our services worldwide. In the USA, we generally work with USPS for final delivery.
For each order placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, followed by a second e-mail containing your shipping confirmation, which will include your order tracking number.
Order preparation may take up to 3 working days during busy periods.
We accept orders from other countries , orders of $35 or more will be shipped free of charge. HAIRWANNA declines all responsibility for delays due to errors in third-party deliveries.

Return policy:

  • Is it possible to cancel an order?

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible, within 24 hours of placing the order. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will help you cancel it and obtain a refund. Please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Can I get a refund or exchange if I'm not satisfied with the wig I've purchased?

We offer a refund and exchange policy to ensure your satisfaction with the products you have purchased. If you experience quality problems or shipping damage, please contact us within 14 working days of receiving the product, providing photos and a detailed description. We will do our best to resolve your problem and arrange a refund or exchange.

  • If I don't like the product, can I return it? Can I get a full refund?

If you do not wish to keep your order, have placed an incorrect order or wish to exchange for a longer length, for returns not caused by product defects, you are responsible for the actual shipping costs.

  • Can I get a return label if I want to return a product?

We do not provide return labels. Please contact us by e-mail to obtain the necessary information to make a return.


  • If I return a package, do I have to pay the return shipping costs?

If the return is due to a problem on our part (e.g. incorrect product, quality problem), we will give you a full refund. If the return is due to buyer error (e.g. dissatisfaction, incorrect product/size order), for returns not caused by product defects, you are responsible for the actual shipping costs.

 

  • How long does it take to receive a refund for a return?

Once we've received and checked your return, we'll send you an e-mail to let you know we've received it. We'll also let you know if your refund has been approved or refused. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically refunded to your credit card or original payment method within a specified period of time.Processing time is usually 5 to 7 business days.Shipping charges for your order from our warehouse will not be deducted.

  • Can I make an exchange if I have placed an incorrect order?

If the package has not yet been shipped, you can send an e-mail to support@hairwanna.com. We'll help you change your order. Once the package has been shipped, you can try to make an exchange after receiving it.
