Your satisfaction is our top priority here at HAIRWANNA. That's why we're pleased to offer a limited warranty that covers defects in material or workmanship on all new HAIRWANNA products. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Only consumers purchasing HAIRWANNA products from authorized HAIRWANNA retailers or resellers may benefit from our limited warranty.
- What happens if my product is defective?
HAIRWANNA will replace (at no cost to you) products where the defect is due to faulty workmanship or material. If HAIRWANNA is unable to provide a replacement product and repair is impractical or cannot be carried out quickly, HAIRWANNA may decide to refund the purchase price in exchange for returning the product.
- Do I have to pay shipping costs for a replacement product?
In the rare event that your HAIRWANNA product is defective, we will provide you with a replacement item shipped at no charge to you within mainland USA. If you wish to have a replacement product shipped to an address outside mainland USA, you may be required to pay shipping charges.
- What does the warranty not cover?
Our limited warranty does not cover any problems caused by :
Conditions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
Conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper installation, improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, neglect, accident or alteration.
Accessories, connected materials and products or related products not manufactured by HAIRWANNA.
- How do I file a claim?
Filing a warranty claim is quick and easy. Simply contact Customer Service by emailing support@hairwanna.com. Make sure you have a sales receipt or other proof of purchase on hand，the packing such as the hanging card,still on the goods.If our hangtag has been removed from the product，the goods cannot return. You will need to provide the HAIRWANNA product photo , proof of the date and place of purchase of the goods .
- Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Damages
Unless prohibited by applicable law, all implied warranties, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, shall be limited to the duration of this warranty, and HAIRWANNA shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages for breach of the warranty, including, but not limited to, loss of profits or loss of revenue.
